Beat the heat with spicy & saucy Dishes at Euro Thai Kitchen / Euro Mala House!
Craving for something spicy recently, I was invited to try out some exciting new dishes! Helmed by owners who have over 20 years experience in the F&B trade, Euro Thai Kitchen and Euro Mala House, located at Tanjong Pagar, is home to a huge selection of authentic Thai and Chong Qing cuisine dishes.
To preserve the authenticity of both cuisines, intensive testing of the dishes were carried out prior to its opening with locals from both Chong Qing and Thailand to ensure that the flavours that are served are accurately presented in all the dishes. All Thai cuisine dishes are are also prepared and cooked in accordance to age-old Thai recipes that are sought from locals to ensure genuine flavours reminiscent of the land of smiles and 100% tastiness.
I tried their Grilled Barramundi Fish in Mala Collagen Broth, Mala Lala, Yum Glass Noodle Seafood and Basil Pork Rice with Sunny Side Up. A definite must-try is their barramundi with 6 cooking styles to pick from. Their Mala Collagen broth, an exclusive broth that merges the spiciness and numbness of mala and the nourishing benefits of collagen, goes extremely well with the crispy and tender flesh of the barramundi. I heard it's perfect for those wanting to keep their complexion taut without giving spices a skip!
For mala, high quality spices are imported and used to ensure that the dishes remain both numbing and spicy at the same time like it should be. To cater to the tastebuds of Singaporeans, there are 4 spice levels offered - mild, mid, spicy and extra spicy.
Customers can check out their Facebook at Euro Thai Kitchen / Euro Mala House and whatsapp then directly to make an order. They are offering free islandwide delivery for orders above $40. Orders below $40 = $10 delivery fee.
Customers who choose to walk in and order their food to takeaway personally can enjoy a 20% discount off all dishes at the store. Orders (both takeaway and delivery) can be a mixture of dishes from both Euro Thai Kitchen and Euro Mala House!
If you're craving for something spicy just like me, or you would like to try new upcoming hotspot sets that they will be launching, do keep a lookout on their Facebook pages and like it to receive the latest updates!
